Why are there two sizes?

The smaller Bernini is suited to most pizza kitchens making standard size pizzas with doughball weights up to 300grams. If you are offering larger pizzas, the bigger model is for you, allowing portions up to 900g to be balled to perfections.

Why do I need a rounder?

To save your poor wrists of course! Its all fun and games in the beginning, but when you start scaling up... Bernini will be your best bud!
