No, and it doesn't need to! The secrets out... its just a myth! If you want proof, head over to our kitchen and you can see it for yourself.
It means you can choose the % of power being used by the elements both from the top and underneath the stone. For example if you are cooking on screens (not recommended) you would need to put more energy into the stone as you need to heat the stone, then the screen, then the pizza. It also help dialling in the oven when changing up your styles too.
The programs allow you to create and store settings. This helps if you serve different styles, you can program one deck for 14" new york and another for big boy 22" New Yorks that you cook on a screen. It also helps when managing low skilled staff, so there is consistency across the team.
