Featuring Cuppone’s innovative heat regeneration system which helps to prevent heat escaping from the oven once the door is opened this oven is perfect for energy conscious operations with high output.This incredible oven has over 100 cooking programmes which can be set by the operator to suit their requirements. The oven also has a self-cleaning mode, making it easy to clean at the end of service and maintain.
