Elliot’s Craft Pizza

Elliott’s Craft Pizza is an independent takeaway founded by pizza genius, the eponymous Elliott Hinchliff. All his pizzas are made using organic stone milled whole grain flour in a 48 hour fermentation process. He uses the finest organic ingredients, including San Marzano tomatoes and Fior De Latte Mozzarella, to create his individual style of pizza. The unique look and taste of his creations draw on elements of Elliott’s favourite pizza styles, including Neapolitan and Romano.

Elliott needed a workhorse pizza oven that could take on the challenge of the 250-300 covers he serves on a Saturday. He also needed an oven that could produce a finished pizza product that could travel all the way to the homes of his carry out customers.

His Cuppone Paolo partner coupled with his pizzaiolo prowess landed Elliott a spot as a finalist in 2019’s National Pizza Awards, proving this oven’s potential to power chefs to nationwide recognition!
