Here goes, our first blog in a while! We promise to get better at this and hopefully publish more content to help guide those of you looking to break into the pizza market or those of you looking for a little upgrade.

Team LLK are very proud of our fully equipped demo & training kitchen which has allowed us to offer our customers, even more, support and guidance in their journeys to success since its launch in 2017. We work hard to ensure we have all the necessary training and knowledge to pass on to everyone who walks through the doors. We enjoy meeting new people and teaming up with other small businesses to pool our knowledge and allow us to offer our customers the best possible experience when working with our team. Put simply, we love to help people!

So, at the start of 2022, we decided to do things a little differently in our demo kitchen. After years of success since its opening, we wanted to create a hub where every customer who came through our door could leave armed with a wealth of knowledge to really help them be remarkable in the market and support their business whether old or new. Kyle, who expertly (and passionately of course) runs our kitchen made it his mission to partner up with some of the best ingredient suppliers he could find, from flour to finishing oils: Kyle wanted to ensure we had relationships with someone for everyone! Now, 11 months down the line, we have some fantastic brand partners, who haven’t only supplied our kitchen with the best quality products but have also broadened our ability to share knowledge and ultimately help our customers succeed.

We are delighted that our demo kitchen is being used to champion some fantastic brands. We’ve tried and tested every product that we have been gifted so we can make honest suggestions and introductions with 100% confidence that the product and brand will be a match made in heaven for our customers. We’ve been sharing our brand partners across our social media channels and partnered with them for our recent trip to the European Pizza and Pasta show. But for those that missed the show or are a little shy on the socials, we wanted to share the story behind each one. Like most, we like to do our research before committing to a partnership, so over the next few blogs we are going to share the background of our brand partners, the story of how we met, and of course important stuff about their products. One thing we can promise is that these guys can supply products to level up your menu and help you stand out in the crowd… they are awesome!
